Description

The Loire Medium Tiered Flush Mount is a ceiling light fixture ideal for living rooms, dining areas, and entryways, in a transitional style.

Designed by AERIN for the Signature Collection, this flush mount features a layered structure of clear or white strié glass discs arranged around a central hub. The frame is finished in Gild or Polished Nickel. Each glass element is slightly marbled, diffusing light from four internal bulbs. The result is a soft, ambient glow.

The fixture measures 30.5 cm in height and mounts with a 10.8 cm round canopy. Its spherical form and overlapping glass layers create depth without visual weight. Uses B-shape bulbs, 60w max per socket. Total luminous output ranges from 1500 to 2000 lumens.

Installation Tips
Hanging a Chandelier Above a Dining Table

To create the right balance when hanging a chandelier or ceiling lamp above your dining table, leave about 75 cm to 90 cm between the bottom of the fixture and the surface of the table. This height keeps the light focused while allowing enough room for comfortable conversation. For the best fit, choose a fixture that’s at least 15 cm narrower than the width of your table, ensuring it complements the space without overwhelming it. This way, your lighting will feel perfectly proportioned to the room.

Hanging a Light Above a Round Table

When selecting a fixture for a round table, aim for one with a width that’s between half and three-quarters of the table’s diameter. This helps maintain visual balance. As with any dining setup, leave around 75 cm to 90 cm of space between the bottom of the fixture and the tabletop to ensure the lighting is functional while keeping the area open and comfortable for dining.
