Description

The Lorford Smoke Bell Lantern is a ceiling light fixture ideal for dining rooms, entryways, or transitional spaces, in a casual style with vintage references.

Designed by Chapman & Myers for the Signature Collection, this piece combines a curved metal frame with a suspended mercury glass bowl. The finish is offered in Aged Iron or Gilded Iron. A white circular diffuser sits above the shade, softening the downward light. The glass has a mottled, antiqued texture that filters the glow and reduces glare.

The fixture hangs from a 182 cm chain with a 14 cm round canopy. Total height is 85.8 cm. Four B-shape bulbs provide 1600–2000 lumens.

The designer ceiling light fixture reflects Chapman & Myers’ focus on proportion and clarity. The structure is open and balanced. Materials are left visible. The result is functional and understated. Suitable for IP20 dry locations.
