Description

The Vendome Small Chandelier is a ceiling light fixture ideal for dining rooms, entryways, or living spaces, in a minimalist style with clean lines and balanced proportions.

Designed by Thomas O’Brien, this piece reflects his approach to modern American lighting—functional, pared-back, and versatile. The chandelier features four tapered linen shades arranged in a circular layout. Each shade measures 10.2 cm x 14 cm x 15.2 cm and directs light downward, creating a warm, diffused glow. The frame is constructed from black-finished metal with curved arms and a central downrod mount.

At 66 cm high, it suits standard to higher ceilings. A slope mount is included. Custom height available. Rated IP20 Class I. Uses four B-shape bulbs, up to 60w each.

Part of the Signature Collection, this designer ceiling light fixture fits casual, transitional, and mid-century interiors. The contrast of dark metal and soft white shades gives it a clear, structured presence without excess.

Installation Tips
Hanging a Chandelier Above a Dining Table

To create the right balance when hanging a chandelier or ceiling lamp above your dining table, leave about 75 cm to 90 cm between the bottom of the fixture and the surface of the table. This height keeps the light focused while allowing enough room for comfortable conversation. For the best fit, choose a fixture that’s at least 15 cm narrower than the width of your table, ensuring it complements the space without overwhelming it. This way, your lighting will feel perfectly proportioned to the room.

Hanging a Light Above a Round Table

When selecting a fixture for a round table, aim for one with a width that’s between half and three-quarters of the table’s diameter. This helps maintain visual balance. As with any dining setup, leave around 75 cm to 90 cm of space between the bottom of the fixture and the tabletop to ensure the lighting is functional while keeping the area open and comfortable for dining.
