Refund Policy

General Return Policy

Please note that all returns must be authorized in advance and meet our return requirements. Items returned without an authorization number may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must be requested within 30 days of delivery and should be returned in their original packaging including all parts, accessories and packing materials.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Outlet and Last Call items

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect items upon delivery. Report any damage within 5 business days. Keep all packaging materials until issues are resolved. Do not remove the original "ship to address".

To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item, submit a customer support request with photos and a description of the issue.

REPLACEMENT BEFORE SHIPMENT

We can replace any item before it has been shipped. Contact us to make the necessary changes. Once the item has been shipped, no changes can be made.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping method.

RESTOCKING FEES (RETAIL & TRADE CUSTOMERS)

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving it. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply to all returned items. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund amount, minus any applicable restocking fees.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCLUSIONS

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

This policy complies with EU and Italian consumer protection laws. Orders are shipped from London, with international returns accepted.
