Order processing
Once you place your order, we confirm it with the manufacturer within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or over the weekend are processed Monday.
Preparing your order
Once approved, we prepare based on availability. In-stock items ready within 1-3 business days (up to 5 for bulk). Items with 14-60+ day availability timeframes are prepared once they reach the warehouse.
Delivery times
We deliver across Europe, usually within 8 days of dispatch. Times vary by distance. To discuss worldwide shipping – request a custom quote. Your quote includes exact delivery time before payment.

Each product shows one of the following statuses. This tells you when your order ships.
In stock
This item is ready to ship. Standard delivery takes up to 14 days total. Need it faster? Air freight available for VAT-registered businesses – delivery in about 7 days. Extra cost applies. Request quote.
Extended shipping times
When you see "Ships in 14-30 days" (or longer), the item is made to order or in transit to our warehouse. Estimated timeframes are based on manufacturer schedules. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking and a confirmed delivery date.
Out of stock
Not currently available. We can place a custom manufacturer order – lead time from 8 weeks. Air freight available to reduce wait. Alternatively, some Visual Comfort & Co. products can be sourced from US partners with rewiring – lead time from 6 weeks. Request quote.

ABOUT DELIVERY
How accurate is your estimated dispatch time?
Our dispatch dates are set to ensure your item leaves our warehouse on or before the estimated date. However, they are still estimates. Factors such as manufacturer schedules, warehouse processing, or customs can affect the final dispatch date. We confirm your actual dispatch date once your order is approved. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before purchase so we can recommend the fastest available option.
Will I receive email updates?
Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your order ships, we'll send tracking details and a final paid receipt for the items in transit. Most deliveries are handled by DHL or DPD, though some may be sent via a freight carrier.
Please provide a phone number for the delivery contact so the driver can reach you if needed.
Can I cancel or refuse delivery?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse delivery of non-damaged items, as this may result in restocking fees, loss of the product, and may void eligibility for a refund. Refused deliveries will incur roundtrip shipping costs.
What should I do upon delivery?
Inspect all boxes and their contents immediately upon arrival to check for damage or defects.
- For freight deliveries, inspect the item on-site and note any defects on the bill of lading before signing.
- Any claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments.
- Keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
Can you deliver later than the estimated date?
Yes. Please leave a note with your order or tell your sales manager your preferred delivery date.
Will there be customs or duties?

Mainland Europe:
No customs duties as shipments pass through Smart Border. VAT is already included in the price. -
Worldwide delivery:
Items ship Delivered-at-Place (DAP). The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and any applicable duties. Usually, the carrier will contact you to pay any applicable tax.
