Will a linear pendant work over a round table, or only rectangular?

Only rectangular and oval. Linear pendants are 90-150 cm horizontal, designed to match the table length, not a round table where they break the geometry. For round tables, choose a single round pendant 55-70 cm in diameter, or a cluster of 3 mini-pendants of mismatched heights.

What size linear pendant for a 200 cm dining table?

For a 200 cm table, a 120-150 cm linear pendant is the right scale. The fixture should be about two-thirds to three-quarters of the table length. Hang the bottom 75-85 cm above the tabletop. Most Visual Comfort linear pendants in this size range have 5-6 light sources for even task light.

Can I shorten a linear pendant if my ceiling is low?

Yes, cord-mounted pendants can be shortened on site by your electrician without affecting the warranty. Rod-mounted models ship with a set of rods in different lengths so you can match your ceiling height during installation. We confirm the exact rod kit before purchase.
