This allows us to offer a broader, more curated, and more project-oriented assortment, including both products available for standard online purchase and collections with wider customization and project-based supply options.
Product types and shipping logic
There are two main logistics models within our assortment.
Standard products
These are products that can be purchased and paid for directly through the website. For these items, shipping follows transparent and predefined conditions.
Project-based or customizable products (Made to Order)
Some collections involve broader customization options, project-based sourcing, or individual supply conditions. For these items, shipping is calculated separately depending on the specifics of the order, destination, and shipment volume.

How shipping costs are calculated
Shipping cost depends on the type of products included in the order.
Lighting / standard in-stock products
For the lighting category, the following conditions apply:
- Italy — free shipping
- Europe — free shipping on orders above 2500 €
For this category, shipping logic is standardized and visible already at the cart and checkout stage.
Skyline / outdoor and volumetric items
Delivery calculated at 180 €/m³
Final delivery cost shown at checkout
Delivery included on orders over 7000 €
Project-based / custom brands
For brands and products handled through request-based purchase, shipping is calculated individually per project.
In these cases, cost depends on:
- shipment volume
- destination country
- logistics requirements
- product or brand-specific conditions
What happens if one order includes different brands or categories
If your order includes products from different brands or logistics categories, shipping is calculated separately for each relevant group.
This means that one order may include:
- different shipping costs
- different lead times
- separate shipments
In most cases, one shipment corresponds to one vendor or one logistics group.
Shipping cost will be shown in the cart and again at checkout, so that you can clearly see the shipping structure before completing your purchase.

If your order includes multiple logistics flows, you will be able to see how many shipments there are and the cost associated with each of them.
When an order is shipped
Once an order is placed, we submit it to the relevant brand or supplier for confirmation.
The order is shipped after it has been confirmed by the vendor.
In standard cases, dispatch usually takes approximately 2–3 working days after confirmation.
If an order is placed closer to the end of the week, actual dispatch may move to the beginning of the next working week.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
We provide a delivery range, not a fixed date. This helps clients plan their projects while keeping expectations realistic. Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed fixed delivery dates.
If timelines change after the order has been placed, we will inform the client accordingly.
Different warehouses and multiple deliveries
Yes, items may be shipped from different warehouses.
Because we work directly with multiple brands, each brand may operate through its own warehouse, logistics partner, and dispatch schedule.
If your order includes products from different brands, items may:
- be shipped separately
- arrive on different dates
- have separate tracking links
This is a normal part of a multi-brand supply model and allows us to offer a wider assortment without artificial limitations.
Does shipping depend on destination country
For standard products
For standard in-stock products, shipping rules in the current model are not individually recalculated by country: predefined conditions apply for Italy and Europe.
For project-based / custom products
For project-based, custom, and individually quoted orders, shipping does depend on destination country. In these cases, cost is calculated individually.
Deliveries outside the EU
We ship internationally, including to the UK and Switzerland.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional:
- customs duties
- taxes
- import charges
- destination-country fees
may apply. Where applicable, these charges are handled according to the rules of the destination country and may not be included in the website shipping cost or order value.
Changes or cancellation after payment

What happens if timelines change
If estimated timelines change, we will inform you as soon as updated information becomes available.
We believe it is important that clients receive accurate timing updates so they can plan accordingly, whether for a personal purchase or a professional project.
Delivery conditions and receiving the order
Deliveries are handled by professional courier and logistics services.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during the expected delivery period. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, further steps depend on the courier’s own procedures and policies.
Standard delivery does not include:
- installation
- assembly
- floor delivery
- white glove service
Further shipment updates may be provided directly by the courier or logistics company.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after shipment confirmation, please contact us and we will help verify the order status.
If an item is damaged during delivery
When receiving your order, we recommend checking both the packaging and the product as soon as possible after delivery.
If you notice:
- damaged packaging
- shipping damage
- significant delivery-related issues
please:
- keep the packaging
- take photographs
- contact us within 1–2 days of delivery
- submit the relevant request form
This is important because logistics providers and carriers usually allow only a short claim window. The sooner we receive the relevant information and documentation, the better the chances of assisting effectively.
