Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, though a booked visit means one of our specialists is set aside for you, with the pieces, finishes and material samples that fit your project ready on the table.

Visual Comfort & Co., Vistosi, Skyline, Malerba, Sevensedie and every other maison your project might need are represented on the floor. Not every piece is on display at all times; if you want to see a specific fixture, mention it when booking and we prepare it for your visit.

Yes. The showroom is set up for professional visits including client presentations. Let us know when you book and we prepare a private moment with the right materials ready to review.

English and Italian are spoken by all our specialists. Russian is available on request; mention it when booking.

Yes. Purchases can be placed from the showroom and finalized with delivery to your address. Larger specifications are usually quoted per project so you leave with the numbers in hand.

Lighting is delivered across continental Europe, typically within two weeks; delivery is included on orders above 2,500 euro. Furniture is quoted per project because pieces travel from different ateliers. The UK is handled by Visual Comfort directly.

Chain and drop length can be adjusted on request. For other adjustments (finish, dimensions, materials), send the SKU and our specialist confirms what is possible and how long it takes.
