Malerba, in depth

Everything you might want to know before ordering a Malerba piece from VC Gallery.

"How do I know I'm buying authentic Malerba?"

Malerba furniture is made by Malerba in Mombaroccio, in the Marche region. VC Gallery is an authorized Malerba dealer: orders are placed directly with the company and each piece is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Authorized dealer. We order every piece from Malerba; nothing comes from third-party stock.
Made in Italy. Malerba holds 100% Made in Italy certification for its production.

If you are comparing Malerba against unauthorized resellers, send us the SKU and we will confirm the piece against the current Malerba catalogue.

"How is Malerba furniture delivery calculated?"

Malerba pieces are made to order after your order is confirmed, then delivered across Italy and Europe. Because each order is different in size, weight and configuration, delivery is calculated separately and included in your quote.

Quote-based. Send us your SKU list and delivery address, and we return the delivery cost with the quote.
Made to order. The lead time is shown on each product page; for most pieces it is currently 6 weeks.
Outside Europe. The United Kingdom, the United States and the rest of the world are served on request.

Full terms: Malerba delivery. Ready to start? Request a quotation with your project details and postcode.

Made in Mombaroccio Since 1946

Malerba was founded in 1946 by the brothers Antonio and Armando Malerba in Mombaroccio, in the Marche region, and today the third generation of the family leads the company worldwide.

Over the years Malerba has combined the technology needed for series production with the value of craft tradition: skilled craftspeople work alongside modern machinery, with visual checks by specialists throughout production. Explore the full Malerba furniture range.

The Malerba Design Language

Malerba designs contemporary Italian furniture for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and offices. Each collection has its own character and materials.

Cedar case pieces in vintage or high-gloss finishes, black chrome details, marble tops, oak and eucalyptus surfaces, and sofas and chairs in fabric or leather. See the flagship Black&More collection.

"Which Malerba collections are the most iconic?"

Four collections define the Malerba range at VC Gallery.

Black&More. The largest family: cedar case pieces with black chrome details, sofas and chairs in fabric or leather, and matching lighting. It is also the collection with office pieces.
Must Have. Sofas, tables, sideboards and beds, with marble or lacquered tops on many tables and consoles.
Next Level. Cedar or palisander case pieces, sofas and tables with wooden or Guatemala Green marble tops.
Stay. Softer lines: modular sofas and storage in Etna burned oak or eucalyptus, with wall lamps and mirrors.

I was a little nervous when purchasing a large chandelier from VC Gallery Milan as this was my first purchase and a high value item. I took my time to make my decision. I placed my order at the end of March and received the item at the end of April. I dealt with Svetlana who made sure to keep in touch with me from start to finish. She also checked in once the item was delivered to see if everything was fine. It was a while before my electrician had the availability to install the chandelier. But once the item was installed I let Svetlana know that all parts were intact and installed. All in all I had a really positive experience. I would just say that sometimes the 14 days to raise any concerns post delivery may not be feasible for larger items that require trades people to unbox and install.
