Returns & Refunds Policy

At VC Gallery, we work with carefully selected international brands and manufacturers. As a result, return and refund conditions may vary by product category and production model.
Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process.

In-stock Lighting Brands

(Quintiesse, Visual Comfort, Vistosi, Oty Light, Skarlat)

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies in such cases.

If the product is damaged or defective, a full replacement or refund will be provided with no restocking fee.

All returns must be confirmed in advance and processed through our RMA procedure.

Outdoor Furniture — Skyline

Return conditions for outdoor furniture follow the same general principles as lighting, with additional attention due to the size and logistics of these items.

Returns are accepted for delivery damage or manufacturing defects. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Returns are also not applicable when the product does not fit the space due to incorrect planning, including issues with size, weight, or installation requirements.

Given the nature of these products, we strongly recommend confirming all specifications before purchase. All approved cases are handled through the RMA process.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

(Zamagna, Swan, IDL, Montilio, Malerba, Oty Light custom, VS Home, Vimercati, Eva Lab, Sevensedie)

These products are made specifically for each order and are not eligible for return. Exceptions apply only to delivery damage or manufacturing defects, which are handled through the RMA process.

How to Request a Return or Refund

All return and refund cases must be submitted through our internal process.

You will be asked to provide your order number, product details, a brief description of the issue, and photos of both the product and its packaging. Once submitted, our team will review the case with the supplier and confirm the next steps.

Shipping Responsibility

Responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.

If the issue is confirmed as damage or a product defect, VC Gallery covers all related logistics.

If the return is due to a client decision or the issue was reported outside the required timeframe, shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

Timing & Conditions

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

The original packaging must be preserved until the product has been fully inspected and installed. In some cases, installation may affect eligibility for return, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, the refund is processed after inspection or supplier confirmation. The amount is returned to the original payment method.

Processing time is typically between 5 and 14 business days.

In some cases, a store credit may also be offered as an alternative.

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend reviewing product specifications carefully before purchase. This includes dimensions, weight, and installation requirements, especially for ceiling-mounted fixtures or large furniture pieces.

If anything is unclear, our team is always available to assist before you place your order.

After delivery, the product should be inspected as soon as possible. All packaging should be kept until you are certain that everything is in perfect condition.

Products should not be installed if there is any visible issue. Cases such as incorrect sizing, unsuitable weight for installation, or decisions made after installation are generally not eligible for return.
