Malerba delivery across Europe

VC Gallery is an authorized dealer of Malerba, Italian contemporary furniture made in Mombaroccio, in the Marche region. Every Malerba piece is made to order, so delivery is calculated in your quote and the lead time is shown on each product page.

How to order Malerba

Send us the product links or SKUs and your delivery address, or use the Request a quote button on the product page. We prepare a quote with the delivery cost and confirm the lead time. Production starts once the order is confirmed. When your pieces are ready, we hand them to the carrier and you receive a tracking link.

The Black&More and Stay collections also include lighting. Bulbs are not included and are bought separately.

How much does Malerba delivery cost?

Furniture is made to order and every order is different, so there is no fixed rate. Delivery is calculated individually and included in your quote, based on the size and weight of the pieces and the delivery address. The exact amount is confirmed before you pay.

How long does it take?

The lead time is shown on each product page. For most Malerba pieces it is currently 6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom fabrics, finishes or sizes can take longer; we confirm the timing in the quote.

VAT and import duties

Private buyer in the EU. The displayed price includes VAT.
Business buyer in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number. The order is invoiced without Italian VAT under the reverse-charge rule. Send us your VAT number before you confirm the order.
Non-EU Europe. In Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Andorra, Vatican City, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo, local VAT, any import duty and the carrier's fee are paid on delivery.

Fabrics, finishes and sizes

Because every Malerba piece is made to order, you choose the configuration: fabric or leather upholstery, the finish of case pieces (for example vintage or high gloss), table tops in marble or lacquer where available, and sizes listed on the product page. Send us the SKU and your choices, and we confirm what can be produced and how it affects the lead time.

What to do on delivery day

Malerba pieces combine wood, lacquer, metal, marble and upholstery, so check the shipment when it arrives.

Photograph the packaging from all sides before opening.
If the packaging shows visible damage, open it in the presence of the driver.
Check every surface, lacquer finish, marble top and upholstered section for dents, scratches, chips or marks.
If you find damage, do not sign the delivery note as accepted in good condition: sign it with a reservation and describe the problem on the note.
Report any damage to VC Gallery with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
