What to do on delivery day

Monitillo 1980 pieces are made of natural stone, which is heavy and can chip at the edges, so check the shipment when it arrives.

Photograph the packaging from all sides before opening.
If the packaging shows visible damage, open it in the presence of the driver.
Check every stone surface, edge and corner for chips, cracks or scratches, and check that any metal or wood parts are complete.
If you find damage, do not sign the delivery note as accepted in good condition: sign it with a reservation and describe the problem on the note.
Report any damage to VC Gallery with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
