VC Gallery is an authorized dealer of Oty Light, Italian lighting made in Peseggia di Scorzè, near Venice. Every Oty Light fixture is made to order, so delivery is calculated in your quote and the lead time is shown on each product page.

How to order Oty Light

Send us the product links or SKUs and your delivery address, or use the Request a quote button on the product page. We prepare a quote with the delivery cost and confirm the lead time. Production starts once the order is confirmed. When the fixture is ready, we hand it to the carrier and you receive a tracking link.

Oty Light fixtures are made in Italy for European 220–240V mains and are CE marked. Most models have integrated LED. Where a fixture takes a bulb, bulbs are not included and are bought separately; the light source is listed on each product page.

How much does Oty Light delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated individually for each order and included in your quote. It depends on the products and the delivery address. The exact amount is confirmed before you pay.

How long does it take?

The lead time is shown on each product page. For most Oty Light models it is currently 45 to 60 days from order confirmation. Custom configurations can take longer; we confirm the timing in the quote.

VAT and import duties

Private buyer in the EU. The displayed price includes VAT.
Business buyer in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number. The order is invoiced without Italian VAT under the reverse-charge rule. Send us your VAT number before you confirm the order.
Non-EU Europe. In Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Andorra, Vatican City, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo, local VAT, any import duty and the carrier's fee are paid on delivery.

Customization

Because every Oty Light piece is made to order, some changes are possible on request, such as cable and drop length on pendants or a different finish. What is possible depends on the model. Send us the SKU and what you need, and we confirm what can be produced and how it affects the lead time. For recessed fixtures, check the ceiling depth and the installation requirements with your installer before ordering.

What to do on delivery day

Oty Light fixtures combine metal and, on some models, blown glass, so check the shipment when it arrives.

Photograph the packaging from all sides before opening.
If the packaging shows visible damage, open it in the presence of the driver.
Check every fixture for dents, scratches, bent metalwork or broken glass.
If you find damage, do not sign the delivery note as accepted in good condition: sign it with a reservation and describe the problem on the note.
Do not install the fixture until you are sure it is intact.
Report any damage to VC Gallery with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
