How Vistosi orders reach you
Every Vistosi piece is produced to your specification after your order is confirmed at VC Gallery. Once the fixture is complete, we prepare the shipment and DHL delivers to your address across Europe. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Our Milan address at Via Filippo Turati 3 is our showroom, open by appointment for clients who wish to see finishes and glass samples in person.
Vistosi is made in Italy to European standards, hand-blown in Murano and assembled in the Veneto region. Every fixture arrives on native 220-240V current, CE certified, ready to install by a qualified electrician.
Shipping cost
Vistosi shipping rates are the same as our in-stock lighting scale. What differs is the production time before dispatch.
Italy

Non-DAP European Union
Transparent €25 per €500 ladder:
- Under €500: €125
- €500 to €999: €100
- €1,000 to €1,499: €75
- €1,500 to €1,999: €50
- €2,000 to €2,499: €25

DAP countries
10 percent of order value, VAT and duties paid on delivery by the freight carrier. Applies to: Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Monaco, Marbella (Spain), Tenerife (Canary Islands), Ireland.
Production time and delivery
Vistosi is made to order, so total time is production plus transit.

Production time starts from order confirmation and can vary by collection and configuration. Complex glass or custom sizes may add time; this is confirmed on the SKU at order time. Sending your project details early always helps our production planning.
DAP countries (Switzerland, Norway, Ireland and more)
Some destinations require a slightly different customs treatment because they sit outside the European Union customs union or on non-mainland routes.
Countries on DAP: Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Monaco, Marbella (Spain), Tenerife (Canary Islands), Ireland.
DAP stands for Delivered At Place. The shipping cost on the invoice is 10 percent of your order value. On delivery, the freight carrier bills you separately for local VAT and any customs duties.
Because these amounts depend on your local customs authority, VC Gallery cannot pre-calculate them. For countries such as Switzerland and Norway, the freight carrier collects duties before releasing the shipment. For destinations like Ireland or Cyprus, EU VAT rules apply but the DAP tier reflects the extended transit route.
VAT on Vistosi orders
- Private buyer The displayed price includes 22 percent Italian VAT. You pay the site price and nothing else within the European Union.
- Business buyer with a valid EU VAT number VAT is removed at your request. Contact our sales team by email or WhatsApp with your VAT number before checkout, or ask for a formal quotation. We validate the number in VIES, issue the invoice with reverse charge, and you account for VAT in your own country.
- Buyer in Switzerland or Norway Non-EU VAT numbers do not change our treatment. The displayed price applies, and destination duties and local VAT are billed on delivery by the freight carrier.
Customization and delivery
Because every Vistosi piece is made to order, some customization is possible on request. Chain and drop length can be adjusted on most pendants and chandeliers with confidence. Other options (specific glass tone, finish variation, custom sizes on select collections) depend on the model. Send us the SKU and preference, and we confirm what the atelier can produce and how it affects timing.
Custom orders typically add at least 2 weeks on top of standard production time. This is confirmed before you commit.
What to do on delivery day
Vistosi fixtures are hand-blown Murano glass, so verifying the shipment at delivery is essential.
- Photograph the outer packaging before opening.
- If the packaging shows visible damage, open it in the presence of the driver.
- Check every glass piece for cracks, chips, or scratches.
- Do not install the fixture until you are satisfied it is intact.
- If damage is present, take photos and contact VC Gallery within 24 hours.
Why this matters. Transport insurance claims are honored only when damage is reported at delivery. If you sign the delivery note as accepted and open the packaging later, proving in-transit damage becomes very difficult. This applies to all Vistosi authorized dealers.
Returns and claims
- Returns (change of mind) Vistosi is produced to your specification, so there is no refund on change of mind. Please review finishes, dimensions, and glass options carefully before confirming the order. Our team can help by email or in the Milan showroom.
- Factory defect Non-working switch, glass flaw, incorrect assembly, or similar production issue. Send photos (video for electrical). Options: on-site repair (we reimburse the electrician up to around €150) or full replacement part. Return shipping is free.
- Transport damage Cracks, chips, or scratches discovered on delivery. Photograph and report immediately. We file an insurance claim with DHL and arrange replacement. Return shipping is free.
- Wrong item If VC Gallery or Vistosi shipped the wrong SKU, we arrange free exchange. Return shipping is free.

Vistosi ships to the following countries via VC Gallery:
- Italy free from €350, €50 flat under €350.
- Mainland European Union (non-DAP) €25 per €500 ladder, free from €2,500.
- DAP countries Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Monaco, Marbella (Spain), Tenerife (Canary Islands), Ireland at 10 percent of order value.
United Kingdom is not currently served through VC Gallery for Vistosi orders. For any destination not listed, contact us for an individual quote.
