VC Gallery is an authorized dealer of American, Italian, and European lighting and furniture brands. Every brand has its own delivery model: some ship on published rate cards, others are made to order and quoted per project. Choose your brand below to see full delivery terms.

How to find your delivery terms

Delivery cost, lead times, VAT treatment, and country coverage vary by brand. Each brand has a dedicated delivery page with the exact rules that apply to your order.

If you are ordering more than one brand in the same project, the terms of each brand apply to its portion of the order. Our sales team can consolidate the quote on request.

Indoor furniture, made to order

Indoor furniture brands are quoted per project. Cost depends on cubic meters, weight, destination, and timeline. White glove service is available on all of them.

General principles across all brands

A few rules apply regardless of the brand you order.

VAT Displayed prices include Italian VAT for private buyers. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can request VAT extraction by email or WhatsApp before checkout.
Lead times for in-stock brands Visual Comfort, Quintiesse, and Skyline Design ship within 7 to 14 days across all destinations. Made-to-order lighting takes 6 to 8 weeks. Indoor furniture is quoted per project with brand-specific lead times.
DAP countries Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Monaco, Marbella, Tenerife, Ireland. Import duties and DHL brokerage are collected on delivery, not at checkout. Details on each brand page.
Open at delivery Photograph the outer packaging on arrival. Open in front of the carrier if the box shows damage. Transport insurance claims are only accepted when damage is reported at delivery.
Reclamations Free return shipping for factory defects, transport damage, and wrong items. Details on the claims page.
Returns Available on in-stock brands (Visual Comfort, Quintiesse, Skyline) within 14 days if uninstalled. Details on the returns page.
