FAQs
How big is the Percy 21" Linear Bath Sconce?
It is 52.1 cm tall and 9.5 cm wide, and projects only 10.2 cm from the wall. It mounts on a 9.5 × 43.2 cm rectangular backplate, so it fits vertically either side of a bathroom mirror.
What light source does the Percy 21" Linear Bath Sconce use?
It has an integrated LED of 18 W giving 2000 lumens, so no separate bulb is needed. The long white glass diffuser gives even, shadow-free light on the face at the mirror.
Can the Percy 21" Linear Bath Sconce be installed next to a shower or bath?
Only outside the wet zones. Its IP22 rating is below the IPX4 required near water, so under CEI 64-8 it must be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2 – more than 60 cm from the edge of the bath or shower.
Does the Percy 21" Linear Bath Sconce need a special outlet box?
Yes. It requires a smaller outlet box behind the 9.5 × 43.2 cm backplate, so check this with your electrician before tiling or plastering the wall, since the plate is only 9.5 cm wide.
Which finishes are available for the Percy 21" Linear Bath Sconce, and who designed it?
Polished Nickel and Soft Brass, both with white glass. It is designed by Marie Flanigan for the Visual Comfort Signature Collection; Polished Nickel suits chrome taps, Soft Brass warmer fittings.
