FAQs
How big is the Barton Small Bath Sconce?
It is 33 cm tall and 7 cm wide, and projects 10.2 cm from the wall. The slim vertical shape and low projection suit either side of a bathroom mirror or a narrow wall in a powder room.
What light source does the Barton Small Bath Sconce use?
An integrated LED of 12 W with an output of 1600 lumens, diffused by etched crystal. There is no separate bulb to fit, and the output is high enough for a vanity mirror.
Can the Barton Small Bath Sconce be installed near a bath or shower?
Only outside the wet zones. It is rated IP20, so under CEI 64-8 it must be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2 – more than 60 cm from the edge of the bath or shower, for example beside the vanity mirror.
What does the Barton Small Bath Sconce need for installation?
It requires a smaller outlet box behind its backplate. It is a Class I fixture, so it must be connected to earth; agree the box position with your electrician before tiling the wall.
Which finishes are available for the Barton Small Bath Sconce?
Natural Brass, Bronze and Polished Nickel, all with etched crystal. It is designed by Ralph Lauren for the Visual Comfort Signature Collection; a Revit family and a SketchUp model are available for this model.
