FAQs
Can the Halle 24" Vanity Light be installed next to a shower or bath?
Only outside the wet zones. With an IP22 rating it must be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2 under CEI 64-8, more than 60 cm from the edge of the bath or shower. The mirror wall above the basin is the usual spot.
What bulbs does the Halle 24" Vanity Light use?
Three E14 bulbs, G16.5 globe shape, LED up to 5.5 W each, giving about 800–1000 lumens in total. The clear glass leaves the bulbs on view, so choose a decorative LED globe.
How big is the Halle 24" Vanity Light?
It is 61 cm tall and 18.4 cm wide, and projects 14 cm from the wall. It mounts on a 12.1 × 61 cm rectangular backplate, so agree the outlet box position with your electrician before tiling.
Which finishes are available for the Halle 24" Vanity Light?
Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass and Polished Nickel, Bronze and Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass, or Polished Nickel, each with clear glass. Choose the finish to match your taps and bathroom accessories.
Who designed the Halle 24" Vanity Light, and does it need an earth connection?
It is designed by Ian K. Fowler for the Visual Comfort Signature Collection. It is a Class I fixture, so it must be wired to earth. A Revit family and a SketchUp model are available for this model.
